When to Sync in Outlook

Why you click sync:

To get the latest mail: When you're offline or have a poor connection, clicking sync forces a check for new messages.

To resolve sync delays: If your calendar or contacts aren't updating, a manual sync can kickstart the process.

To clear cache issues: Syncing can help refresh data when Outlook's local cache gets corrupted or out of date.

Method 1

1. Open Outlook

2. On the keyboard press these three keys simultaneously control + command + K

1. Open Outlook

2. Click Sync

Note: - If you are still not receiving emails after a sync clear the outlook cache
